-All members of the Albanian diaspora around the globe, from Europe, the USA, and elsewhere, who are present and successful in gastronomy – whether they own, manage, or work in a restaurant, bar, or hotel, and who want to celebrate and find new business partners.
-Restaurant and bar owners and managers from Germany and elsewhere in Europe, logistics, and other related businesses to gastronomy, who want to find new business partners.
-Everyone who wants to celebrate the rich Albanian gastronomy and culture.

In order to participate in the GAG Festival, you need to buy a ticket online on our website or at the entrance of the festival. At the entrance, will be sold Standard, Event and VIP Tickets, but we strongly encourage you to buy tickets online on our website: gagfestival.com, particularly the VIP Ticket because their number is limited.

We offer 5 types of Tickets, which include different accesses to the event:
1. Standard Ticket – 1 day. Buying this ticket, you will have access to the Fair either on October 2nd or October 3rd from 10:00 – 17:00. You can visit all the booths, network, and attend all parts of the agenda during this time schedule.
2. Standard Ticket – 2 days. Buying this ticket, you will have access to the Fair on both days, October 2nd and October 3rd from 10:00 – 17:00. You can visit all the booths, network, and attend all parts of the agenda during this time schedule.
3. VIP Ticket - Buying this ticket will give you access to the Fair on October 2nd and October 3rd from 10:00 – 17:00. You can visit all the booths and attend all parts of the agenda during this time schedule. Additionally, you can access the exclusive VIP area, where coffee, drinks, and finger-food lunch will be served. This is a lounge area where you can have business meetings and network more effectively. Furthermore, with this ticket, you can attend the Party-Event on October 2nd (20:00 – 00:00) with Live music, stage performances.
4. Party Ticket – Buying this ticket will give you access to enter only the Party on October 2nd (20:00 – 00:00) with Live music, stage performances.
5. Ultra VIP Ticket – This ticket cannot be bought online and is only made available by request, since the number of tickets is limited. Buying this ticket will give you all the benefits of the VIP Ticket, and in addition, you can attend and enjoy the exclusive Albanian food at the Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony on October 3rd (20:00 – 00:00) with live music and VIP guests.

Yes, there will be a physical point of purchase for the tickets at the entrance where you can buy or upgrade the ticket. However, we strongly encourage you to buy tickets online on our website: gagfestival.com, particularly the VIP Ticket because their number is limited. Ultra-VIP Ticket is not sold at the door and is made available only on request – please contact us.

Yes, we will have several presentations and live demonstrations of Albanian cuisine from Albanian chefs, as well as modern cooking demonstrations from international chefs.
However, GAGF is not primarily a food fair. To learn more about the schedules of the cooking presentations, follow the Agenda and Co-located Events.

Bringing food and drinks from outside is not permitted. However, we have it all covered since there will be a Food Corner and a Drink Corner inside the Fair where you can buy them.
5/1. How can I pay for the food and drinks?
This is a cashless event. Upon arrival at GAG Festival, based on your type of ticket, you will be given a card that you can easily top up either by card, e-wallet, or by cash in Euros. Follow the signage to find the Top-Up Desks at Arena Halle. -
Yes, please visit the Agenda and the Co-located events in the main menu.

Unfortunately, tickets cannot be refunded, but please do contact us, and we can assign it to someone else of your choice, changing the data in your ticket. Without prior approval, tickets are not transferable.

Yes, we will provide free Wi-Fi for participants.

We recommend the parking garage at Park Center Treptow, which is a 5–10-minute walk away (please note the opening hours!). Unfortunately, there are only a few public parking spaces directly at the arena. Please see attachment.

The address of the Arena Hall where the event will be held is Eichenstraße 4, 12435 Berlin, Germany. And the closest train stations are the subway station Eberswalder Straße (U2) and the S+U station Schönhauser Allee.

Yes, Arena hall has a dedicated entrance for wheelchair and we look forward to welcoming everyone!

Exhibitors have to pay a renting fee for the space required and the booth price, depending on the type of booth they choose. In partnership with Expo Fair, we offer 4 Types of Booths which can best meet the needs of your brand to be represented at the best way possible. Yes, the deadline for applying as an exhibitor is May 31st, 2024. After this deadline a 20% top up in all prices is applied and the latest for submitting an application is August 30th 2024. The Exhibitors number is limited to 150, therefore we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

The minimum space for a booth is 12 m2 and we don’t recommend exhibitors to share their space. There can be exceptional cases that the organizers can approve, in case the booth space is more than 12 m2 and these companies are part of the same organization.

Please refer to our Rules and Regulations for setting up and dismantling requirements. We would strongly encourage you to collaborate with our official partner Expo Fair for booth design, set up and dismantle.

Unfortunately, no selling products is not allowed. However, you can provide free of charge samples or provide tasting to clients.

You can bring promotional materials, such as: rollup banners, catalogs, flyers, to make your company as good as possible. These materials should not be higher than 2,5m.
